Acceptable-use policy

Scope

This policy applies to all use of LearnWithMe at learningwith.me, including recordings, uploads, AI features, integrations, and administrative tools.

Permitted use

Use the service for legitimate learning, teaching, research, and related administration. Follow applicable law and your institution’s academic-integrity, privacy, recording, intellectual-property, and technology-use rules.

Content and recording permissions

• Do not record a class, conversation, or person without the permission required by law and institutional policy.
• Do not upload, copy, or distribute material unless you have the necessary rights or authorization.
• Do not expose another person’s private learning content or account information.

Safety and sensitive information

• Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card data, government identifiers, or similarly sensitive credentials.
• Do not use the service to harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, discriminate, or violate another person’s rights.
• Do not upload malware or content intended to cause harm.

Academic integrity and AI

• Do not present generated work as your own when that would violate an instructor’s or institution’s rules.
• Do not use generated content to cheat, evade an assessment, facilitate unlawful conduct, or make high-impact decisions requiring qualified professional judgment.
• Review AI output for accuracy, bias, completeness, and suitability before relying on it.

Platform and account abuse

• Do not bypass credits, spending limits, approvals, access controls, or other safeguards.
• Do not probe private areas, scan for vulnerabilities without authorization, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to access another account.
• Do not disrupt the service, overload providers, scrape at abusive volume, resell access without permission, or automate fraudulent activity.

Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, notify an account administrator, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.
